China produces about 57 billion pairs of single-use chopsticks annually, requiring around 3.8 million trees.
Waste Generation
Taiwan, with a population of 17.7 million, generated 59,000 tons of tableware waste and 105,000 tons of plastic bag waste annually.
Plastic Pollution
Approximately 80% of marine debris is composed of plastic, much of which originates from single-use items like disposable tableware.
